Shipping Policy

At ROS, we believe great products shouldn't take forever to arrive.

New Zealand Shipping

• Flat rate shipping: $5 NZD
• Free shipping on orders over $60 NZD
• Orders are sent via tracked post

Processing Time

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During launches, promotions or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Estimates

• North Island: 1–3 business days
• South Island: 2–5 business days

These are estimates only and may vary depending on courier demand and location.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

At this time, ROS primarily ships within New Zealand.

If you are located overseas and wish to place an order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Delays & Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact us at hello@thisisros.com.

We'll work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
